妊娠伴有心脏病的分娩时间及方式探讨

近十五年来我院收治妊娠伴有心脏病４１例，１０例发生心衰，发生率为２４％，其中２例发生在１０～２４孕周，其余８例发生在３０～４０周，剖宫产１９例，占４６％，无一例围产儿或产妇死亡。

The paper reported 41 pregnant women complicated with heart disease in recent 15 years in our hospital and their data has been analyzed.There were 4 still births and 2 maternal death in 13 vaginal delivery, but in another 19 Cesarean section there no maternal and neonatal death.The choice of the best time to terminate pregnancy is very important for pregnant women complicated with heart disease. Cesarean section is safer than vaginal deliverry.The patients should accept Cesarean section to terminate pregnancy.
