摘要
在网络环境条件下,如何利用现代化的情报信息服务手段,开拓图书馆情报服务工作的新局面,是一个值得探索的问题。要在转变图书馆服务观念的前提下,加强图书馆信息资源建设,提高图书馆情报服务人员的综合素质。
It is an important question that how to extend the information service in the net environment by using the modem information service means. Based on the change of the service idea, we must develop the information sources,improve the comprehensive quality of the librarians.
