聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变疗效分析

Clinical Study in Treatment of Leukoplakia Vulvae with High-intensity Focused Ultrasound

目的探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2004年2月～2005年7月采用聚焦超声治疗的22例，外阴白色病变患者（治疗组），1993年～2004年2月前在本院采用皮质激素、雄激素及5-Fu治疗的24患者（对照组）。结果治疗组、对照组治疗后瘙瘁均改善，治疗后治疗组与对照组瘙痒评分比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组与对照组病灶面积缩减治愈率比较差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．005）；治疗组不同病理类型有效率、治愈率比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组复发率7．69％（1／13），对照组复发率66．7％（2／3）。结论聚焦超声治疗是一种安全、有效、无创、方便的外阴白色病变治疗方法。

Objective To explore the efficacy on leukoplakia vulvae with high-intensity focused ultrasound. Methods Case-Control study was used in 22 patients with leukoplakia vulvae in treatment grou treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound between February 2004 to July 2005, while 24 patients with hormone during 1993 and February 2004 as control. Results ①In both group itch of the vulva was all relieved, and the appraisement of itch had not significant difference after treatment（ P 〉 0.05 ）. ②The decrease of lesion area between the two groups had significant difference after treatment（ P 〈 0.005 ）. ③The effective ratio between different pathology typehoods in the group with high - intensity focused ultrasound had no signaficent difference. ④The recrudescence rate was 7.69% and 66.7%, Conclusion High-intensity focused ultrasound is an effective, safe and no-scarrlng tech- nique in treatment of leukoplakia vulvae.
