咪唑斯汀联合香菇菌多糖治疗人工荨麻疹的临床疗效观察被引量：5

摘要目的研究咪唑斯汀联合香菇菌多糖治疗人工荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将48例患者随机分成两组,治疗组26例给予咪唑斯汀片10 mg,1次/d,同时口服香菇菌多糖片10 mg,2次/d;对照组22例给予咪唑斯汀片10 mg,1次/d。3周为1疗程,均连用6周。结果治疗组痊愈率34.62%、有效率84.62%,对照组痊愈率9.09%、有效率54.55%,两者差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论咪唑斯汀联合香菇菌多糖治疗人工荨麻疹疗效显著。
