老年急性心肌梗死90例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 90 cases of old- age AMT

目的探讨老年急性心肌梗死的临床特点。方法回顾分析90例老年心肌梗死的临床症状、临床就诊叙述、合并症、误诊原因等资料。结果老年人心肌梗死症状不典型,临床叙述不准确,合并症多;临床极易误诊,延误早期溶栓及急诊PTCA。结论根据老年心肌梗死特点,早期诊断尤为重要。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the old-age AMT .Methods The date of 90 old-age AMT ,such as clinical symptom, clinical diagnosis of describe, merges symptom and misdiagnosis reason etc was reviewed . Results The symptom of aged AMT was not typical and the Clinical description was not accurate. It had more complications and was used to misdiagnose ,so delay the earlier period dissolves to bolt and emergency call PTCA. Conclusion According to the characteristics of old-age AMT,the key is early diagnosis.
