摘要
目的评价CT诊断皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的价值。方法回顾性分析68例皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者的临床和CT资料,探讨其病因、病理、诊断和鉴别诊断。结果皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的主要CT表现为:①脑深部对称性的低密度灶;②腔隙性脑梗死灶;③脑萎缩。结论结合临床资料CT能对皮质下动脉硬化性脑病明确诊断。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT in diagnosis of Subcortical Arteriosclerotic Encephalopathy （SAE）.Methods The clinical and CT data of 68 cases of SAE were analyzed and its pathogeny, pathology, diagnosis and differential diagnosis was discussed .Results Main CT findings included： ①Symmetrical lower density in deep whitematter; ②Lacuna infarction;③Brain atrophy. Condusion Based on the clinical manifestation, CT may make a correct diagnosis of SAE.
