分析了铸造废品的类型与产生特点，总结现场经验，将防止废品采取的对策归纳为四种方法：对症下药法；系统对策法；材料隔离法；小步骤法．通过实例，说明如何对废品情况进行宏观分析，并从方法论的角度对制订对策的思路进行了探讨．

In this paper the author analyzes the type and features of rejected castings,and sum up the experience from site.The author suggested four kinds of method for avoid casting lossing.Then by way of examples, the author describes how to analyse the rejected castings,it also discusses the measures of avoid casting defects from the view of methology.
