摘要
通过对两种丝锥(TiN涂层与未涂层)攻丝扭矩的测试与对比分析,表明涂层丝谁在加工ZG45时,其攻丝扭矩与攻丝余量、进给量和切削速度密切相关。进给量较大时(如非标丝锥M18×2.5),涂层丝锥攻丝扭矩大于未涂层丝锥攻丝扭矩,且攻丝过程不平稳。涂层丝锥攻丝扭矩与切削速度呈驼峰形曲线关系,涂层丝锥适合在攻丝余量、进给量均较小、速度较高的情况下使用。
By testing and analyzing the tapping torques with and wrthout TiN coated taps, it is found that the torque when coated tape machine ZG45 is influenced by the cuttingdata. When choosing relatively lagre tapping engagement and fast feed speed, the torque of coated taps is greater than that of taps without AN coatings and the tapping Process is unstable.The relation of the torque of coated taps with cutting speed takes on the curve form of camel humps. Coated taps are applicable when tapping engagement is small, feed speed is low and cutting speed is high.
