人本思想在产妇分娩中的应用

目的用“人本思想”推动产科整体护理工作,体现人文关怀,提高产科护理质量。方法对2002年1月至2005年12月住院的1952例(其中初产妇1628例,占83.4%)的正常临产妇在整体护理基础上注重“人本思想”的应用,并与1999年1月至2001年12月住院的1482例(其中初产妇1176例,占79,4%)的正常临产妇进行对比分析。结果与1999年至2001年同期住院的正常临产妇相比:本组产妇自然分娩率提高了13%;总产程平均缩短了2.5小时;新生儿窒息发生率降低了8%;产后出血发生率降低了8.9%,产科护理工作的满意度提高了12%。结论“人本思想”应用于产妇分娩过程中,能消除产妇分娩过程中的困惑及难以忍受的宫缩痛,维护了产妇的尊严及利益,对整体护理的健康发展、产科护理质量的提高有积极的推动作用。值得进一步发扬光大。

Objective ＂The thinking of human＂ has been widely promoting the tendance of birth, incarnating the thought and improving the quality of birth. Methods Compared with the 1482 women （the number of oringinal lying-in women is 1176,occupying 79.4%） who were brought to bed in gear from January 1999 to December 2001,the lying-in 1952 women （the number of oringinal lying-in women is 1628,occupying 83.4%） from January2002 to December 2005 who paid attention to ＂The thinking of human＂, cause the rate of nature childbearing increasing 13%,the time shortening 2.5h,the rate of asphyxial baby reducing 8% ,the flooding rate reducing 8.9% and the satisfaction enhance 12%.Conclusion ＂The thinking of human＂ which applying to lying-in women ,avoid women＇s puzzling and ache. vin- dicate the women＇s dignily and benefit and greatly enhance the development of tendance and quality of protecting. It should be widely carried forward.
