摘要
聚乙烯醇/淀粉共聚物包膜材料在对肥料进行包膜过程中会产生大量的气泡,在肥料表面形成微小孔隙,因此降低了肥料的缓释性能。本试验通过对不同种类的消泡剂消泡效果的研究,阐述了消泡剂的消泡机理,并且通过研究确定了改性有机硅型消泡剂和聚二氧化硅型消泡剂消泡效果最好,降低了膜的吸水量和透水性,从而提高了聚乙烯醇/淀粉共聚物包膜肥料的缓释效果。
Copolymer Starch - PVA coating material can produce a lot of foam on the process of coating fertilizer. Foam can make a small hole on the surface of fertilizer, So the fertilizer slowly release function lowered. We expatiate antifoaming agent's defoaming mechanisms by studying the defoaming effects of the different category , and makes sure the ciganosilance type and polymer- silicon dioxide type antifoaming agent be the best , reducing membrane's absorbing water capacity and penetrating water capacity, thus slow- release effect of coated fertilizers was raised.
