摘要 [目的]建立用H PLC法测定降香挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物中反式-橙花叔醇的方法。[方法]色谱柱:D iam onsil C18(250×4.6m m,5μ);流动相∶甲醇-水(85∶15);流速:1.0m L/m in;检测波长:210nm;柱温30℃。[结果]反式-橙花叔醇线性范围为0.1×10-5~0.6×10-3μL,r=0.9999,加样回收率为102.62%,R SD为1.314%(n=9)。[结论]本方法简便、快速,精密度、重现性好,可以作为降香挥发油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的质量控制方法。 [Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination of trans-nerolidol in the Inclusion Complex of the volatile oil from Lignum dalbergiae odoriferae with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyelodextrin. [Methods] The HPLC separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250×4.6 mm, 5 μ) with column temperature at 30 ℃, a mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (85:15) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the UV detector wavelength was 210 nm. [Result] The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.1×10^-5~0.6× 10^-3μL (r=0.999 9). The mean recovery rate was 102.62% and the RSD was 1.314% (n=9). [Conclusion] This method was simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of the Inclusion Complex of the volatile oil from Lignum dalbergiae odoriferae with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyelodextrin.
