摘要
探索了用 GCr15制造直柄麻花钻的可行性,通过预处理调整热轧组织,再经碳氮共渗复合热处理,可使 GCr15钢制直柄麻花钻通过验收标准。
The feasibility to make Minor twist drill using GCr15(E52100AISI)steel was exploited.By means of adjusting hot-rolled matrix with pre-processing,followed by combined heat treatment,carburization combined with nitrogenation therefore the minor twistdrill conforms with acceptance standard.
