2型糖尿病患者心理防御机制特点的临床研究

Characteristic of Mental Defense Mechanism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

[目的]通过对2型糖尿病患者心理防御机制特点的研究,在临床上指导对2型糖尿病患者的心理辅导与治疗。[方法]采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)、状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI-Form y)的状态焦虑问卷(S-AI),对随机选出的252例样本(研究组为2型糖尿病患者180例,对照组为健康人72例)均进行心理测试。[结果]研究组中伴有焦虑的与不伴有焦虑的人比较不成熟防御方式使用频繁,与不伴有焦虑的对照组比较不成熟防御方式使用频繁,成熟防御方式使用较少。[结论]完善2型糖尿病患者防御方式,促使他们更加频繁使用成熟防御方式,减少不成熟防御方式的使用,控制焦虑水平。

[Objective] Through the study of the characteristic of mental defense mechanism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （2DM） to direct the psychological tutor and therapy of them. [Methods] 180 patients with 2DM were randomly selected from the metabolic disease hospital of Tianjin Medical University and 72 normal healthy-men served as control. The psychological test was carried out using self-analysis invertory （S-AI） ,defense styles questionnaire （DSQ） and State Trait Anxiety Inventory（STAI-Formy）. [Results] The 2DM patients with anxiety had much more immature defense styles frequently than the patients without anxiety. Doctors can reduce the anxiety of them effectively by applying the mature defense styles. [Conclusion] By applying the mature defense styles more and decreasing the use of immature one their anxiety can be controlled effectively.
