Finite Element Analysys of the Deformation at Convex-Arc with Single-Point Mesh of Model 91 Gear with Double-Circular-Arc Tooth Profile

本文介绍了用有限单元法计算９１型双圆弧齿轮凸弧单点啮合变形的方法。通过分析发现，齿轮的模数、螺旋角及齿轮材料的弹性模量是影响其受力后变形的主要因素。在数值计算的基础上，本文回归了计算圆弧齿轮凸弧单点啮合变形的公式。这有助于双圆弧齿轮的变形和振动分析。

This paper discueses the finite element method of calculating deformation at convex-arc with single-point mesh of model gi gear with double-circulararc tooth profile and presents that the factors effecting the deformation is module,helix angle and coefficient of elasticity. Based on numerical analysis,the equations of calculating the deformation by regression are given. This is usful to analysis of the deformation and vibration of the gears.
