摘要
采用Nb-Si复合变质剂对钒白口铸铁(1.70%~1.82%V)进行变质处理,并制定了五种热处理工艺。结果表明,变质处理可以改善钒白口铸铁的组织和性能。变质处理后钒白口铸铁的冲击韧性与高钒(8.38%V)白口铸铁相当,而其耐磨性则比高钒白口铸铁有大幅度提高。
Vanadium white cast iron (1. 70%  ̄1. 82%V) was modified with Nb-Si compound inoculant by five heat treatment processes. The test results show that the modification treatment can improve the structure and properties of vanadium white cast iron. Through modification treatment, the impact toughness of vanadium white cast iron is equal to that of high vanadium (8.38%V) white cast iron and its wear resistance is increased greatly in comparison to the high vanadium white cast iron.
