在投资项目评估中,评估的方法有很多,评估的指标也有很多。不同的指标从不同的角度反映投资方案的内涵,单从一个指标来评估方案难免会有偏差。而且多方案评估中各指标还会相互矛盾。这给方案评估带来一定的困难。本文基于此因旨在寻求一种解决方法。因子分析是一种多因素综合分析方法,通过提取公共因子,建立模型,达到综合评价。它排除了个别指标在评估中引起的偏差和多个指标共同评估时带来的矛盾,不需要考虑各种限制条件就可以达到对项目的综合评议,是一种较科学的分析评价方法。

Tbere are many methods and indicators in project investment decision. Different indicators are different reflections of investment programs. Using one indicator to assess investment program will bring error. There is contradiction between the indicators in many investment programs decision. It brings difficulties in investment decision. Factor Analysis is a method based on many factors. It comes to a decision through extracting factor and building up a model.
