人不仅能够认识世界、改造世界,还能认识自身的主体性及主体构成的人类社会,并合规律地追求终极理想。“以人为本”就是要发挥人的主体性和创造性,不断构筑人类思维的新坐标,开拓认识世界的新视野,提升人的各方面能力,改善人的存在状态,实现人对自身的终极关怀。

The human being as a whole not only can recognise and transform the world, but also can recognise their subiectlvity and human society constituted by themselves. Also they observe the rule and pursue their ultimate ideal. ＂Human-oriented＂ is to display human＇s subjectivity and the creativity. The people should unceasingly construct the new coordinates, of the human thought open new field of vision understanding world , promotes human＇s various ability, improves human＇s existence condition and realizes the ultimate care for human being .
