摘要
分析了决策者的决策风格、决策准则、处理目标冲突的态度和方式等主观因素对企业决策的影响，分析了计量决策方法应用于不确定型决策存在的问题和提高主观经验决策质量的途径。
The effects of subjective factors ,such as decision styles,principles and attitudes and modes taken by the deciders in dealing with the conflicts of aims,on the managerial decisions are analysed in this paper.The approaches to apply the admeasure methods in uncertain decision and improve the subjective decision are also discussed.An idea to use utility curves simulating the experts' decision styles and principles for making decisions is proposed.
