孚来迪及二甲双胍治疗老年糖尿病效果评价

The effective of treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus with Repaglinide and Dimethylbiguanide

目的评价孚来迪及二甲双胍治疗老年糖尿病的效果。方法将诊断为2型糖尿病的患者62例,其中31例予孚来迪单药治疗,另外31例予二甲双胍治疗,血糖仍高于7mmol/L的予孚来迪及二甲双胍联合治疗。两个月后复查空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血胆固醇、甘油三酯,肝肾功能。结果孚来迪组及孚来迪联合二甲双胍组的FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG均显著下降(P<0.01),低血糖发生率低。结论孚来迪是有效安全的口服降糖药。孚来迪同与二甲双胍产生协同的降糖作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Repaglinide and Dimethylbiguanide on Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The patients diagnosed Type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups, the first group of 31 cases were only treated with Repaglinide ,the other treated with Repaglinide and Dimethylbiguanide whose blood glucose were still higher 7mmol/L with Repaglinide treated ; rechecked the FBG, FPG, HbA1c, TC, TG, after 8 weeks treatment. Results Their FBG ,FPG ,HbA1c ,TG ,TC were decreased significantly and there were little occurrence rate of hyperglycemian. Conclusion Repaglinide is effective and safe medicine for type 2 diabetes mellitus. Repaglinide have the synergistic action with Dimethylbiguanide.
