This paper introduces the utilization of the network program technique in the organization ahd plan of a factory's large process reforming projedt.Through the optimizing the network program,an efficient organization ahd control were given to this engineering project.It made the whole engineering project accomplished with high quality and efficiency,while under construction the production did not stop.The optimizing of the use of time and raw materials was realized,and a good economical profit was achieved.
