摘要
风景区经营管理成败的关键在于如何把潜在的资源优势转化为现实的市场优势。禄劝轿子山是距昆明市区最近的季节性雪山,良好的区位条件,独特的资源优势,使得这里有较高的市场开发价值。文章通过对轿子山旅游资源的SWOT分析,从而提出轿子山未来旅游发展的可行性对策。
How to transforms the latent resources superiority to the reality market superiority is the key in success or failure management the scenic spot. Luquan Jiaozi Mountain is the seasonal snowy mountain which is nearest to the Kunming urban district. It has higher market development value because of its good position condition and unique resources superiority. Through SWOT analysis method to analyze analysing Luquan Jiaozi Mountain tourism resources, this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures for Jiaozi Mountain future development.
