Strategic Thinking of the Application of Supply Chain Management in the China’s Construction Industry

供应链管理为我国传统的工程建设项目管理模式改革提供了极大的参考价值。文章结合供应链管理的定义,分析了供应链管理的核心理念,对建设供应链和建设供应链管理进行了界定,提出了建筑企业实施供应链管理的战略建议。

The concepts of supply chain and supply chain management （SCM） are introduced firstly. Then the core principles of SCM are analyzed. SCM presents a valuable reference model for the innovation of China＇s traditional construction project management model. Based on the definition and management philosophy of SCM, the definitions of construction supply chain and construction supply chain management are given, Finally, some strategies for the application of SCM to China＇s construction industry are offered.
