摘要 利用虚拟样机技术研究了某斜盘发动机的动力学特性.利用ADAMS软件建立了某斜盘发动机的参数化动力学分析模型,通过建立菜单和对话框来实现快速修改.对影响发动机性能的几个关键参数进行了参数化仿真分析,如斜盘分布圆半径、斜盘倾角以及导槽形式.结果表明,随斜盘倾角的增大,机构的输出转速也增大;直导槽形式的结构比“8”字导槽形式的结构运行更加平稳.与试验结果的对比结果说明了仿真模型的正确性、仿真结果的有效性以及利用虚拟样机技术研究发动机动力学性能的可行性. Based on virtual prototyping, the dynamic performance of the wobble-motor was studied. The parameterized dynamic model of an engine was established with ADAMS, and could be modified quickly by building dialog box and menu. Three key parameters including the radius of wobble distribution circle, the inclining angle of wobble and the form of groove, which affect the performance of the wobble-motor, were studied by parametric simulation. The output rotational speed of the mechanism will increase by increasing the radius of wobble distribution circle or the inclining angle of wobble. Compared with ‘8' groove, the running of straight groove mechanism is more stable. Through comparing simulation resuits and test results, the right of the model, the efficiency of the simulation results and the feasibility of the method for research on wobble-motor based on virtual prototyping technology are verified.
