摘要
针对105 mm炮射导弹武器系统试验中出现的不良射击现象,通过分析其发射装药的特点,提出了一种发射装药优化设计的方案.新方案主要把主装发射药设计为高分子材料钝感七孔粒状单基药,较原管状药装药更具燃烧渐增性和更好的低温度系数特性,燃烧更充分,大大减少炮口烟、焰和炮尾焰等不良射击现象.
By analyzing the characteristics of propellant charge, an optimum designing plan was presented in point of the bad launching phenomenon taking place in weapon system tests of 105 mm gun-launched missile. In the plan, the main load powder was designed to insensitive seven-hole granular single-base propellant, and the material was macromolecular. Compared with the present tube propellants, the new one has better progressive combustion and low temperature coefficient features, higher burning rate, and can reduce the bad launching phenomenon largely, such as the muzzle smoke, breech flame.
