摘要
介绍了采用ANALOG DEVICES公司的AD603实现的小信号测量系统,该系统增益范围是-20dB—60dB,系统带宽为60MHz。利用TLV5618实现了增益步进50级可调,用ADI公司的RMS-DC芯片AD637对输出信号的有效值进行了采集,并送LCD显示。
In this article, a small signal measurement system using AD603 of Analog Devices is introduced. The gain range of the system is from - 20dB to 60dB, and the bandwidth is 60MHz. TLV5618 makes gain of the system 50 steps adjustable. The effective value of the output is sampled using the RMS-DC chip AD637 of Analog Deviees and the data is seat to LCD for display.
