介绍了分布式组件对象模型技术(DCOM)的概念及特点,探讨了如何将基于DCOM技术构建分布式GIS应用系统用于电力通信资源的现代化管理,给出了基于分布式GIS的电力通信资源管理系统的解决方案,从而满足客户和应用的需求。
The paper firstly introduces the concept and characters of distributed component object model technology （DCOM）, secondly, it introduces how to construct the application system applying in modem management of electric communication resource based on the technology of DCOM, thus it can satisfy the customer demand of the application, and it offers an electric power communication resource management system based on Distributed GIS project.
