艾本治疗老年性恶性肿瘤骨转移

Effect of aiben in the treatment of malignant bone metastasis in the elderly

目的观察艾本对老年人恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛和转移灶的治疗效果。方法对老年人恶性肿瘤骨转移者静脉注射艾本4mg,每月1次,连续应用6个月后评价疗效及不良反应。疗效评价包括止痛效果、KPS评分的变化和转移灶的改变情况。结果疼痛完全缓解11例,有效29例,无效5例,有效率88.9%,KPS评分提高的中位数为10,骨转移完全缓解6例,部分缓解9例,轻度缓解12例,总有效率44.4%;不良反应为消化道反应、发热。结论艾本对老年人骨转移引起的疼痛具有良好的止痛效果,对转移灶有一定的治疗作用,副作用少,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of aiben on treating the pain of metastatic bone cancer and metastatic focus. Methods Aiben 4 mg was given by intravenous infusion once each month, the effect and side effects were evaluated after 6 months. The evaluated target included relieving pain, changes of KPS and changes ofmetastatic focus. Results Complete relief of pain were 11 patients, partrial relief 29 patients, no effect 5 patients,with a overall effective rate of 88.9%. KPS rised by median 10. Among these patients with metastatic bone, complete response 6, partial response 9, miscro response 12, the overall effective rate was 44.4%. The side effects were fever and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion Aiben is effective to relieve the pain of metastatic bone cancer and treat metastatic focus, there is few side effects. It can be used in clinic.
