摘要
电涡流测功机控制器n/M模式是通过调节发动机油门位置和测功机励磁电流来控制发动机转速和测功机制动力矩,在控制过程中存在稳态抗扰动能力与动态响应速度之间的矛盾。为提高系统调节速度,同时保证系统的超调、静态调节精度与抗扰动都在允许范围之内,进行了控制系统模型分析,对控制算法进行了理论设计和试验调试,给出了该模式下系统控制效果。试验证明该控制器控制效果良好,满足发动机台架试验对控制品质的要求。
It is through adjusting the engine throttle position and excitation current for the eddy current dynamometer controller to control the engine speed and the dynamometer torque under n/M mode. It occurs inflicts that between the steady-state antijamming ability and dynamic response speed in the control process. As to heighten the system adjustment speed and ensure the overshoot, the stable-state control quality and antijamming ability be in the permission ranges, this paper analyzed the control system model. Also the control algorithm was designed in theory and experiment debug. The control results of the system under this control mode were given. Experimental results show that the control result of the controller is excellent, the control performance for engine testing completely satisfy the demand.
