Optimized Design for the Input Material Pretreatment in Reforming Unit

摘要 重整原料预处理是催化重整装置的一个重要组成部分。通过对先加氢后分馏和先分馏后加氢两种预处理工艺流程的对比,推荐采用先加氢后分馏的工艺流程。以60万t/a连续重整装置为例,对经过预加氢处理后的石脑油,采用先汽提后分馏和“二塔合一”工艺流程的主要设备、投资、能耗等进行了对比,推荐采用先汽提后分馏工艺流程设计方案。 The input material pretreatment processing is an important part of the catalytic reforming unit, Compared with two kinds of pretreatment process, hydrotreatment before fractionating by distillation and hydrotreatment after fractionating by distillation, our research results show that the pretreatment process with hydrotreatment before fractionating by dstillation is better to be recommended in practice. In the text, the pre- hydroteated naphtha is feed into a continuous reforming unit, which can produce 600,000 tons of naphtha each year. And the following process flow is optimized by contrast to the great equipments, investment and energy consume of two different process designs,stripping before distillation( two towers) and combination( only one tower). And the results show that the process flow of stripping before distilltion is recommended.
