摘要
高校后勤社会化改革无先例可循,更无固定的模式可以套用,只能从本校的实际出发,因地制宜,因校制宜,选择适合本校校情的后勤社会化改革模式。尽管各校的校情不同,所采用的改革模式也不尽相同,但有一点是基本相同的,那就是高校后勤社会化改革任何时候都不能脱离学校这个主体,无论怎么改它的归属和投资主渠道基本上是学校的,它隶属于主体,依托于主体,服务于主体,从实质上看,它是一种“学校主导”的高校后勤模式。
The socialization of rear services in colleges and universities has no any example to be followed,and no a certain model to be used,so the rear services reform should the based on fact and choose a suitable reform pattern. Though the current situation of different schools is different and their reform patterns are not the same,but it is in common that the socialization of rear services in colleges and universities can't divorce from the subject school.No matter how the reform is made ,the rear services should belong to school ,and the main investor is school ,i.e. the rear services belong to subject,depend on subject,and serve for subject.So in essence,the rear service reform should build a "school-oriented'rear service pattern.
