论高等师范院校教育院系的重建

On the reconstruction of educational school and department of higher normal universities

在教师教育体系日益走向开放、多元以及高等师范院校纷纷转型的新时期,高等师范院校所属教育院系存在严重的不适应性,主要表现在:人才培养目标的“虚置”与功能的不确定性;专业设置滞后于教育的现实变化;学科结构与师资结构单一。重建高师教育院系必须科学规定教育院系的基本性质;追求多元化的发展模式;调整学科建设的思路。

During the new trend of open, plural and reform of teacher education system, the nonadapbility in normal higher institutions seriously appeared： the ＂fause＂ target for talents nurturing exists and the function is unstable; program arrangements is late for the reality of education; the structure of programs and faculty is too simple. To reconstruct the normal higher institutions must obey scientificly the primary feature of educational schools and departments; look after the multiple developing mode; adjust the way of program arrangements.
