摘要
在教师教育体系日益走向开放、多元以及高等师范院校纷纷转型的新时期,高等师范院校所属教育院系存在严重的不适应性,主要表现在:人才培养目标的“虚置”与功能的不确定性;专业设置滞后于教育的现实变化;学科结构与师资结构单一。重建高师教育院系必须科学规定教育院系的基本性质;追求多元化的发展模式;调整学科建设的思路。
During the new trend of open, plural and reform of teacher education system, the nonadapbility in normal higher institutions seriously appeared: the "fause" target for talents nurturing exists and the function is unstable; program arrangements is late for the reality of education; the structure of programs and faculty is too simple. To reconstruct the normal higher institutions must obey scientificly the primary feature of educational schools and departments; look after the multiple developing mode; adjust the way of program arrangements.
