摘要
采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+φ=0.1%的三乙胺水溶液为流动相,在245nm紫外波长下,对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐进行反相高效液相色谱分析,以外标法定量.结果显示:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在0.01~200mg·L^-1的范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率为95.09%~101.00%,变异系数为1.32%~3.14%,检出限为0.01mg·L^-1.
To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Emamestin benzoate, the reverse phase RP-HPLC of Emamestin benzoate was analyzed though employing pheromenex C18 Emamestin benzoate in environments of a reverse phase column (150 mm ×3.9 mm,4 μm) and methanol plus 0. 1% triethylamine water as mobile phase, and external standard method. Measurement results show that Emamestin benzoate show good linearity in the range of 0.01 -200 mg · L^-1 in sample solution ( r = 0.9998), recovery rate of 95.09% - 101.00%, a coefficient of variation of 1.32% to 3.14%, and a minimum determination concentration of 0.01mg · L^-1.
