摘要
研究了不同塑料尼龙1010和E-20环氧树脂与锆钛酸铅(PZT)复合而成的压电复合材料的压电性能,结果表明,尼龙1010-PZT压电复合材料比E-20环氧树脂-PZT具有较低的饱和极化电场和较短的饱和极化时间,而且前者比后者具有更高的压电常数。
The piezoelectric properties have been studied for peizoelectric composites which consist of PZT powder and plastics such as nylon-1010 and expoxy resin with 0-3 connectivity.The results show that the saturation poling field Es and poling time ts of PZT-nylon-1010 piezoelectic composites are lower than that of PZT-expoxy resin piezoelectic compsites,and their piezoelectric coefficient is higher than that of the latter composites.
