Systematic Separation and Preparation of Standard multi-component Collectives from Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 以中药强极性组分、类组分、同系组分、微量组分为研究重点,采用新颖的分离表征策略和发展新型分离材料进行中药标准组分系统分离制备。发展硅胶基质的亲水性色谱填料分离中药强极性组分,以组合大孔树脂技术研究类组分,发展组合分子印迹技术分离同系组分,以差异化富集策略研究微量组分。同时,采用多模式、多柱色谱及其联用技术进行标准品的制备,建立标准品资源库,推动中药物质基础的研究。 Focusing on polar components, similar compounds, homologue components and trace compounds in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), novel strategies and material are developed for systematic separation and characterization of standard multi-component collectives from TCM. Solid phase for hydrophilic interaction chromatography is developing to separate polar components, resin-combination technique is suitable for similar compounds collection, multimolecular imprinting technology is using to extract homologue components, and differential enriched strategy is applied to afford trace compounds. Also, multi modes and columns chromatography as well as their coupled technologies are applied to prepare standard compounds for library construction. All these works will elucidate the chemical constitution in TCM.
