中国铝产品生产的解难

Problems in Production of Aluminum Products of China and Solving Methods

铝因为其质量轻、强度硬、可回收再生等突出优点,用途非常广泛。中国氧化铝产量已经居世界第二位、电解铝产量跃居世界第一位,成为世界铝产品生产大国。目前,中国高品质铝矿资源较少,40%以上的氧化铝供给依靠进口,产品生产规模小,生产成本较高,产品集中度低,价格处于劣势,技术设备落后,产品结构不合理。为解决我国铝产品生产的这些难题,提出了一些合理化的意见和建议。

Aluminum is widely used due to its light weight, hard strength and renewableness. Aluminum oxide＇s output of China ranks second in the world, and electrolytic aluminum＇s output of China ranks first in the world. China becomes a leading producer of aluminum products in the world. At present, China has a little high-quality aluminum mineral resources and aluminum oxide supply of over 40% is imported from abroad. There are some problems in production of alu- minum products, such as small production scale of the alum. inum products, high production cost, low concentration degree of the products, unfavorable price, obsolete technology and equipment, and unreasonable structure of the products. To solve the problems in production of aluminum products of our country, some reasonable opinions and suggestions are put forward.
