For enhancing the network management of the hospice, this paper expounds the optimization management of the hospice network, especially gives more description of methods and strategies of software design about distributing terminal software authority and web software user authority to obtain a satisfied efficiency among the terminal user, network user and network administrator. The relative centralization and the relative independence, the mutual restriction and mutual equilibrium of authority between terminal and network can he obtained.
