摘要
论文分析我国房地产业管理制度缺陷及其对房价的影响,并提出了创新城市住房保障资金筹集模式等完善的政策建议。
The paper analyzes the flaws of the real estate industry manage system in China and its influence on the real estate price, then puts forward some policy proposals ,such as innovating the safeguard fund collection pattern of the city housing, to perfect the system.
