摘要
“城中村”改造是全国很多大城市共同面临的城市化问题,深圳的“城中村”情况更复杂,问题更严重。文章在对深圳市“城中村”的概况、特性及改造主体进行分析的基础上,对近期“城中村”改造计划编制的过程及内容进行综合归纳,提出了“城中村”改造的总量分布和改造强度的思路,认为目前最重要的任务是找到城市改造的动力源,构建一个科学的项目优先发展评估体系,并从政府的角度思考与改造计划相关的实施策略。
Rebuilding for 'the villages located inside the city proper'is a common problem for many big cities urbanization.The paper focuses on the issues facing Shenzhen city as it tries to deal with initiatives aimed at rebuilding 'the villages located inside the city proper'.It suggests that power sources regarding rebuilding needs to be found;a scientific evaluation system for the priority development of a project must be established;and the implementation measures required for rebuilding plan should be considered from the point of the government.
