介绍了发电厂竞价上网辅助决策系统的构成,认为其中最主要的2个模块为成本分析和市场预测,并在出清电价预测方面提出了一种基于神经网络的电价预测方法。
The composition of the decision-making supporing system for bidding for interconnection to the grid by power plants is presented, and it is considered that the two major modules are cost analysis and market forecast. A method for forecasting the market clearing price based on the neural network is put forward.
