防止工作人员电气误操作的防误装置选型后的关键在于闭锁流程的编制、运行人员的正确使用、运行规程及其他管理规定的制订。通过对新安江水电厂防误装置设计、五防功能的具体实现方法、实际使用情况等方面的分析探讨,指出目前存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。

To prevent the operators from electrical misoperation after the anti-misoperation device＇s type is chosen, the key points lie in programming of the locking process, correct operation by operators, and formulation of operation regulation and other management rules. The anti-misoperation device used in Xin＇ anjiang Hydropower Station is analyzed in the aspects of designing, method for realizing the ＂five-prevention＂ function, and application of the devices. Current problems are pointed out, and improvement suggestions are put forward.
