纳米化学改性处理对细绵羊毛主要性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 主要研究改性前后细绵羊毛的性能差异。经过测试,发现改性后的细绵羊毛与改性前相比,细度、单纤强力、平均卷曲弹性率、表面摩擦性能、抗菌性等相关性能有较大改善,单纤维伸长率、平均卷曲度等性能指标反而比改性前更差。 The aim of this subject is to investigate the changes in properties of sheep's fine hair after nanotechnology modifying and find out the advantages and deficiencies of nanometer-modifying. Through the test, we found out that compared with the condition before modifying, the sheep's fine hair after modifying showed great improvement in performance :Such as size, strength, curl, suface friction, antibacterial etc. However, after modifying, some performance indexes of sheep's fine hair became worse. For example, The elongation and the average of curly degree of the single fiber reduced. Through the experiment and research, we can come to the conclusion that it is more successful to adopt the method of nanometer function mother-liquor and ultraviolet ray radiation for the modifying of sheep's fine hair, but we also need further improvement in choosing raw materials etc.
