摘要
依照电磁屏蔽的基本理论,在分析金属纤维屏蔽织物屏蔽机理的基础上,给出了估算织物电磁屏蔽效能的计算方法并作了简要分析,探讨了金属纤维混纺纱的结构、金属纤维含量与织物紧度对屏蔽效能的影响。分析表明,屏蔽织物中导电网网间孔缝线经对屏蔽效能有较大影响,而织物总紧度并不总是与织物的屏蔽效能成正比。
In this paper, the principle of shielding electromagnetic radiation for textile containing metal fibers is discussed. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (SE) of metal fiber blended fabric is analyzed using a numerical simulation method. The effects of the distribution of metal fiber and its content in the blended yarns,and the covering factor on the shielding effectiveness of the fabric are discussed. It was showed that SE is influenced by the length of the apertures to some extent and the covering factor of the fabric is not always proportional to SE,
