摘要
通过对低浓度印染皂洗废水处理工艺及回用的研究,设计了一套废水在线处理工艺。废水依次经过与臭氧气体的混合、臭氧催化脱色、光催化降解等处理单元后,出水水质可达到回用的要求;并在各单元实验所测得数据的基础上,对回用处理设备进行了初步设计,为该设备的实际投产应用提供了实验和理论依据。研究表明,处理后的废水色度能完全去除,CODcr去除率可达92%以上,并可回用于染色和皂洗工艺。
A technics of deal with the waste water on line was designed in this study, which was based on the research of reusing the low strength waste water in washing process during dying. The waste water could basically satisfy the requirement of reuse after mixing with ozone , ozone discoloring, photo-catalying. Bcsides, a design of recycle equipment was obtained base on the data from the front work, and demonstrates were supplied for putting this device into practice. It was indicated that, after coped with this device, the color of the waste water could be wipe off totally while CODcr could be wipe off by 92% or over it, So this kind of device discussed in this paper can used in the washing process during dying for recycling the waste water,
