温补肾阳治疗慢性肾功能不全30例疗效观察

Warmly Nourishing Kidney-yang Treat Chronic Renal Insufficiency 30 Cases

[目的]观察温补肾阳治疗慢性肾功能不全临床疗效。[方法]60例随机分为2组,对照组30例,以西医利尿、降压、抗感染,维持水电解质平衡,纠正酸中毒为主。治疗组30例,在西医治疗基础上,加温补肾阳方药治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组66.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),生化指标Bun、Scr、Ccr、Hb治疗组治疗前后比较、与对照组治疗后比较均呈非常显差异(P<0.01)。[论结]温补肾阳治疗慢性肾功能不全具有一定疗效。

[Objective] Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of warmly nourishing kidney-yang on chronic renal insufficiency. [Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into 2 groups, control group 30 cases were treated mainly with diuretic, by lowering pressure, anti-infection and maintaining eletrolyte balance, as well as correcting acid toxin on western medicine; the treatment group, on the basis of western medicine, added with formula of warmly nourishing kidney-yang. [Result] On total effective rate, the treatment group was 86.7 %, the control 66.7 %, the former better than the latter（P〈0.05）; on the bio-chemical indexes of Bun, Scr, Ccr and Hb, they were much different compared between before and after treatment for both groups（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Warmly nourishing kidney-yang has definite clinical curative effect on chronic renal insufficiency.
