摘要
[目的]测定生首乌及制首乌总多糖的含量。[方法]采用苯酚一硫酸比色法。[结果]486nm处有最大吸收峰,线性范围在10.5~94.5μg·L^-1,平均回收率为101.23%(n=5,RSD=3.03%),生首乌中总多糖含量为14.28%,制首乌中多糖为19.03%。[结论]该方法快速简便,灵敏度高,为制剂生产的质量控制提供参考。
[Objective]To determine the content of Polygonum multiflorum thunb. Polysaccharide and the refined. [Methods] The sulfuric acid-phenol method was used. [Results] λmax= 486nm. The linear rang was 10.5-94. 5μg · L^-1. And the average recovery was 101.23%(n=5,RSD=3.03%). The content of Polygonum muhiflorum thunb. Polysaccharide was 14.28% and the refined was 19.03%. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid and reliable.
