摘要
利用铣刀回转曲面与NBXD-A螺杆螺旋齿面相切的原理,推导出它们的接触方程,用数值法解接触方程,求铣刀刃形。然后,选取转子端面型线的坐标和空间接触线的坐标来校核铣刀坐标。
With a principle for tangency between the curved surface of the tool and NBXD - A rotor, the paper is aimed to derive their meshing conditions for crossed helical gears. Through a numerical calculating method, these equations can be solved so as to create the milling tool profile. It describes a simple method that makes a check for the coordinates of milling cutters against the sectional profiles of the screw rotors and the contact line.
