摘要
目的建立十味益脾颗粒含量测定方法。方法采用薄层扫描法测定颗粒剂中熊果酸含量。结果熊果酸点样量在0．66—3．30μg范围内线性关系良好。同板精密度为1．3％异板精密度为2．6％。平均回收率为96．5％（RSD为1．6％）。结论方法简便可靠，可用于十味益脾颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a assay method of urosolicoid in Shiweiyipi granule. Method The content of ursolicocid in the granule was determinated. Result The point samples of ursolicocid had a good linear relationship the range of 0.66 ～ 3.30 g. The precision in the same board was 1.3% , and the precision between different boards was 2.6%. The average recovery rate was 96.5% （RSD was 1.6% ）. Conclusion This method is simple, convenient, and credible for the quality control of shiweiyipi granule. It can be used to control the quality of Shiweiyipi granule.
