热毒宁口服液薄层色谱鉴别的研究

Identification of Reduning Koufuye by TLC

目的建立热毒宁口服液的薄层鉴别方法。方法对处方中黄芩、陈皮、甘草、玄参、柴胡进行了鉴别。结果薄层色谱鉴别可检出样品中相应的薄层斑点。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、专属性强,可有效地控制制剂的质量。

Objective To establish a quality control method for Reduning oral solution. Method Radix scutellariae, Pericarpium cirri reticulatae, Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae, Radix scrophulariae and Radix bupleuri in this prescription were identified by TLC. Results Thin-layer spots from the samples can be identified. Conclusions The method is simple, sensitive and specific, for the quality control of Reduning oral solution.
