摘要
Wnt信号途径调节控制着许多生命过程,也与肿瘤发生密切相关,在目前已知的癌症中,有十几种高发性癌变源于Wnt信号转导途径的失调。根据Wnt蛋白转导信号的方式,人们又将Wnt信号转导途径分为经典Wnt信号途径和非经典的Wnt信号途径,Wnt途径信号转导的主要特点是基于蛋白质相互作用对转导中心分子的细胞定位、修饰/去修饰、以及对蛋白质稳定性进行调节等。
Many process of life is linked with Wnt signal pathway, such as the appearance of cancers. It is well known that at least ten kinds of high incidence of cancers are obviously related with the misalignment of Wnt signal pathway. According to the different modes of Wnt protein-mediated signal transduction, Wnt signal pathway includes canonical Wnt signal pathway and noncanonical Wnt signal pathway. The main characteristics of Wnt signal pathway is to complete cellular localization of signal transducer and modification/demodification on the base of the interaction of proteins and to regulate the stability of proteins.
