摘要
目的建立用HPLC法同时测定妇炎净颗粒中阿魏酸和氯化两面针碱含量的方法。方法HPLC检测系统使用Vp-ODS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈:0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(24∶76),检测波长328 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸和氯化两面针碱在此条件下能较好分离,且线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 6,加样平均回收率分别为99.22%(RSD 0.59%)和98.07%(RSD 1.30%)。结论此方法简便、快速,可用于同时测定妇炎净颗粒中阿魏酸和氯化两面针碱的含量。
Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine ferulic acid and nitidine chloride contents in Fuyanjing Granule. Methods The HPLC system consisted of a VP-ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm), acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (24:76) mixture as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 328 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature of 30℃. Results The resolution and linearity between ferulic acid and nitidine chloride in this method were good. The correlation coefficient and average recovery were 0.999 3, 99.22%(RSD 0.59%) and 0.999 6, 98.07%(RSD 1.30%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid. It can be used for the determination of ferulic acid and nitidine chloride inFuyanjing Granule.
